Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, and in its original packaging).
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt for a return or replacement. You may be required to provide photos of the issue before approval. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Items made in custom colours, sizes, or designs cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have concerns before placing an order.
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: These items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original, and once approved, place a new order separately.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU customers, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel or return an order for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
