Refunds and Returns
- We hope you love your Fleur D'Light lamp as much as we loved making it for you, but if you need to return it we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- If your order arrived damaged or defective, you have 5 days after receiving your order to be eligible for a return or replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Please use our contact form to notify us before you return, and your item must be sent back within 14 days. Please make sure you put a note in your parcel stating your name, order number and reason for return. Buyer pays postage and is responsible for the item until it is returned.
- Sale items, and lamps that have been customised are not eligible for returns.You can send your orders to the below address, but please note that this address is for postal returns only, the studio is not open to the public.
