• Orders will be processed immediately and made up as soon as possible. Each piece is made to order, so please allow 5-10 days for your lamp to be created and shipped

• Due to the size and weight of our lamps, we use couriers to send your pieces. Shipping is calculated at the checkout and depends on the size and weight of your parcel.

• If you are ordering from outside of the UK you may be charged customs and import fees when your parcel arrives - this is a fee applied by your country on the value of your order.Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. Fleur D'Light cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.

• Please note that the UK is currently experiencing delivery delays due to strike action, if you need your order by a certain date, please let us know and we will endeavour to make sure that you receive your light on time.

Collection

If you live in the area or are visiting London we also offer local pick up from our Studio - you can select this option at the checkout. We will notify you once the piece has been made and is ready for collection.  The address to collect from is Unit G, Arena Design Center, N41FF, London. Our collection times are between 10-5   Monday-Friday.
