Processing & Dispatch Times

All lampshades are made to order, and production times typically range from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on order volume and availability. If you need your order urgently, please contact us at olly@fleurdlight.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Uk Orders:

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed
Larger or high-value orders may be sent via alternative couriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx for reliability.

International Orders:

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
Larger or high-value orders may be sent via alternative couriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx for reliability.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Estimated transit times are:

UK: 1-3 business days

Europe: 3-7 business days

USA & Canada: 5-10 business days

Rest of the World: 7-14 business days

These are estimates, and delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details. If you need further assistance, contact us at olly@fleurdlight.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes for international orders, as courier services require a physical address.

Collection

If you live in the area or are visiting London we also offer local pick up from our Studio - you can select this option at the checkout. We will notify you once the piece has been made and is ready for collection.  The address to collect from is Unit G, Arena Design Center, N41FF, London. Our collection times are between 10-5   Monday-Friday and must be arranged beforehand.
